Not right away, and that's the fun part! We ship your paw-print kit first, and it arrives in 3–5 business days. Once you press the paw and upload a photo, your socks ship within 7–10 business days.
Already have their print? Choose “I already have their print” when you order and skip the kit: your socks ship within 7–10 business days.
What if my pet won't sit still?
Totally normal! Try right after a walk or nap, grab a helper and a treat, and press one paw at a time. Your kit has extra print cards, so take as many tries as you need.
Is the paw pad safe and mess-free?
Yes! The pad is inkless, so there's no ink on their paws or your floors. The print only shows up on the included card.
Can I use a paw print I already have?
Yes! Choose “I already have their print” when you order and upload a photo of it: a print from the vet, a clay keepsake or an old ink print all work. We skip the kit and start on your socks right away. Perfect print not required.
How long does shipping take?
Your paw-print kit arrives in 3–5 business days. After you upload their print, your custom socks ship within 7–10 business days. Already have their print? Skip the kit and your socks ship within 7–10 business days of ordering. U.S. shipping is free on 2 or more pairs.

What if the print doesn't turn out?
No stress! Your kit includes extra print cards, and a perfect print isn't required: we clean up the messy part, never the shape of their paw. If you still can't get a print you love, we'll send you a new kit free.
Can I order more products with the same print?
Yes! Once we have their print, it's easy to order more pairs. Ornaments, hoodies, blankets and more are coming soon.
Can I send the kit straight to the gift recipient?
Yes! In your cart, tap “Make it a gift” to add a gift box and a message, then enter their address at checkout. We ship the kit in the gift box, they press the paw, and their socks are already paid for.
Can I put two pets on one pair?
Yes! In your cart, tap “Add a second pet”. Press both paws on the print cards and upload both photos.
Can I make socks to remember a pet who has passed?
Yes, and we're so sorry for your loss. If you have their paw print from the vet, a clay keepsake or an old ink print, choose “I already have their print” and upload a photo of it. We clean it up gently and never change the shape of their paw.
